Instructions:

First, peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Pour in vegetable soup, add marjoram and chopped kohlrabi and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Now add the chopped carrot and simmer until the vegetables are soft.

Finally, finely puree the soup and season strongly with salt and pepper.

Arrange the soup and serve.
