For the cream of pumpkin soup, cut the onion and fry in olive oil. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and fry briefly with the onions. Pour in soup, add salt and simmer briefly. (Not longer than 8 minutes, so that the pumpkin does not overcook).

Puree with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pumpkin cream soup with pumpkin seed oil and whipped cream.
