For the chocolate rolls, beat the egg whites until very stiff. Beat the butter with the sugar and water until fluffy, then fold in the flour and egg whites to make a rather soft dough.
Then spread this dough with the help of a template in circles of about 10 cm on baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 6 – 8 minutes.
Remove the hot circles from the baking sheet and let them cool while rolled around a thick wooden spoon. Fill the cold rolls with a mixture of melted chocolate coating and cookie crumbs.
