1. preheat oven to 190 °C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper.
For the chocolate wafers, whisk egg whites with butter, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, honey and sugar until smooth. Stir in the flour. Spread mixture evenly thinly on baking sheet and sprinkle with chocolate, pumpkin seeds and nuts.
Bake the waffle in the oven (middle shelf) for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool. Break the waffle into pieces of any size and serve with the chocolate drink.Preparation Chocolate drink with fennel and oranges:1 For the drink, bring 400 ml of the milk to a boil, put the drinking chocolate and dissolve in it while stirring. At the same time, heat the remaining milk and whisk until thick and creamy. Allow milk foam to infuse for approx. 1 min.2 Pour chocolate milk into glasses, refine with half of the orange peel. Fill with milk foam and garnish with the remaining orange peel.
