For the summer salad, dice the tomato and cucumber. Wash and coarsely chop the lettuce.

Cut turkey ham into cubes or flakes. Put vegetables with ham in a bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, water, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.

Mix everything well and serve the summer salad.
