Drain washed leaf lettuce well or dry in a salad spinner, arrange on a large plate.

Cut grapes in half and remove seeds, cut turkey breast into strips and spread evenly over lettuce.

Cut onions into fine rings and mix with the remaining ingredients to make a marinade, pour over the leaf salad and bring to the table on the spot.


Salads dried in a salad spinner will keep fresh (without marinade) for a few days in the refrigerator. Instead of smoked turkey breast, roasted, boiled or grilled chicken or turkey meat works very well.
