Sauté finely diced onion and apples in oil. Add raisins, almond kernels, sliced mushrooms and olives. Heat. Season with salt, sugar and curry. Cook long grain rice in sufficiently salted, bubbling water until tender. Quench with cold water. Add to saucepan, lifting loosely through. Serve.
What to serve with:
Tip: If you don’t like raisins, simply omit them.
