For the slaw with grapes, finely shave the cabbage and mix with lemon juice. Knead a little with your hands and let it rest.

Wash the grapes, pluck them from the vines and cut them in half if necessary.

Coarsely chop walnuts.

For the marinade, mix sour cream and vinegar with oil and season with salt, pepper and cumin.

Strain cabbage, mix with grapes and pour marinade over it.

Serve the slaw with grapes sprinkled with walnuts.
