Brown the minced beef in hot olive oil and fry on medium temperature for a few min. Add the chopped onions and fry for a short time. Now add the peeled and fresh tomatoes cut into pieces, the kidney beans, the paradeis pulp, the garlic and the spices and season. Now let it simmer for 1/2 hour at low temperature. Done !

For tonight it is best not to make anything to be able to enjoy the garlic flag so properly (and alone or at least among themselves).
