For the cheese pâté, mash Roquefort with a fork.

Cream butter, stir in curd cheese, yolks and Roquefort. Season with salt, pepper and onion. Fill cheese cream into a piping bag. Cut ham into small cubes and fill into the patties.

Squirt cheese cream into the pies and serve cheese pies with bread.
