Prepare turkey cutlets, cut into narrow strips. Marinate in salt, juice of one lemon, soy sauce, pepper and sugar for 1 hour. Rinse celery, cut into slices. Put the meat in a sieve, collect the liquid and mix it with the creamed milk. Mix celery, asparagus and poultry strips, arrange on lettuce leaves and pour dressing over. Serve with stick white bread.
