Instructions:

For the snowballs, mix all ingredients well into a kneaded dough. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut into 12 x 12 squares.

Cut strips into these squares again every 1/2 cm. Do not cut all the way to the edge, it must remain.

Using a wooden spoon, lift the dough, place loosely in the snow globe and fry in the deep fryer at 180 degrees until golden brown.
