Instructions:

Knead all ingredients for the cevapcici (incl. oat flakes) and let stand briefly.

In the meantime, peel potatoes and cut into fine strips (French fries).

Place in a bowl, add spices and oil and mix well. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C convection oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.

Turn once halfway through. While the fries are in the oven, heat some oil in a coated pan.

Form cevapcici from the meat mixture and fry well on all sides in the hot fat.

Then turn down the heat, put the lid on and let it sit for a while.
