Chop the oat flakes in the blender.

Put water with oat flakes in a pot. Remove seeds from dates, chop and add.

Stir through and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then arrange the porridge on a plate, peel the orange and divide it into wedges, cut them a little smaller into bite-sized pieces and put them on top of the porridge.

Add liquid whipped cream and serve sprinkled with Flower Power spice flower mixture.
