For the dip:


For the sweet potato fries, cut the sweet potatoes in half and then into thin equal-sized sticks. Mix oil with salt in a large bowl and toss the sweet potato sticks in it in batches so that they are evenly coated with the mixture.

Place on a baking sheet so they are not touching and bake at 180 °C for 20-30 minutes until soft. Then let them crisp for 10 minutes at 200 °C.

Mix the cream cheese dip with a squeezed garlic and herb salt.
