For the watermelon and pear salad with shrimp, cut the watermelon and pear into larger cubes.

Cut the chives into small pieces as well.

Fry the shrimp, without additional fat because they are already marinated, in a non-stick pan for a few minutes. At the end, fry the watermelon cubes for about 1 minute and then remove the pan from the heat.

Mix in the pear cubes and let sit for 1 minute. Season with a dash of balsamic vinegar, mix again and serve the watermelon and pear salad with shrimp sprinkled with the chives.
