A great fish recipe to make yourself:

This dish brings double delight: the crust tastes simply divine, and apart from that, the fish fillet remains quite exceptionally juicy underneath.

Melt the butter and mix it with breadcrumbs, olive oil and herbs in a baking bowl. Garlic cloves through a press to the mixture form.

Season cod fillets with salt and place in a greased ovenproof dish. Add white wine and spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the fillets.

Bake in the heated oven at 210 degrees (convection oven 200 degrees) on the 2nd rack from the bottom.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the pan and arrange on 2 plates. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Serve with creamed vegetable potatoes (extra recipe).
