For the walnut strudel, preheat the oven to 160 °C. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix with the egg, sugar, oil and curd, knead everything into a dough and roll it out.
For the filling, heat the milk slightly and mix with the remaining ingredients, spread everything on the dough and roll it up.
From the center of the strudel, cut the walnut strudel in half, left and right, and turn the two strands inside out and fold them over each other.
Place the strudel on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
