Instructions:

Cream the butter, then add the remaining ingredients and mix to a dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.

Place the halved and pitted apricots on the dough with the open side facing up and press down lightly.

Now bake the apricot cake for 45 minutes in the oven preheated to 175 °C.
