For the beef skewers, first prepare the marinade. Finely chop the chili, coriander, garlic and lemongrass and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Cut the beef into long strips, put the pieces on the wooden skewers and soak in the marinade for several hours.
For the dip, mix the peanut butter with the finely chopped chili pepper, honey and soy sauce. Then season with lime juice and finally sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
Pour everything into a bowl. Sear the beef on the skewers in the pan.
Arrange the beef skewers together with the peanut dip on a plate and garnish with some cilantro.
