Preheat the oven to 280 °C (convection oven 260 °C ). Roll out the dough thinly and place on a greased baking tray. Remove the skin from the onions and chop them, finely dice the bacon. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onions and bacon cubes in it.
Cool briefly. Mix onions and bacon with curd cheese, sour cream or crème fraiche and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Spread the mixture evenly on the dough and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
