1. roll out bread dough thinly and place on greased baking tray.
2. put curd cheese, crème fraîche, cornstarch and the egg in baking bowl and mix until smooth and season.
3. chop the onions into fine rings. Heat the oil and fry the bacon in it. Add the onion slices and toss briefly.
Marinate with vinegar for about 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven to 250° Celsius or higher.
Spread the bread dough with the curd mixture. Sprinkle with the marinated onions and the bacon strips. Bake in the hot oven for about 10 minutes and serve on the spot.
Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
