Instructions:

Pin the ham and sage on the slices of liver. Roast in oil. Remove, sauté diced onion and garlic in oil. Add wine, cook and season. Serve the sauce with the liver saltimbocca.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
