Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Separate chard leaves from stems. Cut leaves into wide strips, stems into tender strips.

Coarsely chop the mushrooms. Dice shallots. Cut beans in half. Cut carrots into thin strips and slice lemongrass into fine rings. Chop garlic.

Sauté chilies with lemongrass, garlic and ginger in oil. Add brown sugar, curra paste and turmeric powder, extinguish with soy sauce, add coconut milk, bring to boil.

Fry oyster mushrooms in a frying pan. Add potatoes, chard leaves and stems, shallots and vegetables, make 15 min.

Additional dish: Basmati long grain rice
