For caramelized peaches:


For the pancakes, mix well milk, flour, egg and a pinch of salt, bake pancakes in a pan in a little oil.

Wash the peaches, cut them into eighths from the pit. Melt sugar in a pan, when it is light brown add the peaches, stir, reduce heat and cover.

After about 5 minutes, stir gently until the caramel has dissolved. Now fill the pancakes with peach jam, roll them up and serve with the peaches and the warmed custard.
