For the sponge dough:



For the berry top cake, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Beat the eggs with water, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Fold in flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a cake springform pan lined with greaseproof paper and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cut the cooled cake base into 2 layers.

Dust the bottom layer with cocoa, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Sweeten the berry fruit with sugar, mix with half of the whipped cream and spread on the cake base. Place second cake layer on top and spread remaining whipped cream over cake.

Toast oatmeal in dry frying pan, let cool and garnish the edge of the cake with it.

Dust the berry top cake with cocoa.
