For the Uhudler jam, pluck the grapes from the stems. In a saucepan, bring grapes to a boil with water. Simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring.
While still hot, pass through a whisk and then allow to cool.
Mix the cold grape mixture with jelling sugar, heat and boil until bubbly, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Rinse cleanly washed glasses with grape brandy and fill with hot Uhudler jam.
