For the ganache, chop the chocolate into pieces. Bring the whipped cream to the boil, remove from the heat and mix in the chocolate pieces, stirring constantly.

Once the chocolate has melted, allow the ganache to cool completely.

Then whip again with a hand mixer until the cream is nice and shiny. Pipe on with a piping bag.

Use as desired as a topping for cupcakes or even as a cake filling.
