Process cheese, salmon and whipping cream in a food processor until smooth.

Season with pepper and sprinkle with chives.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Makes approx. 350 ml

Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried ones.
