Place the salmon slices on a cold plate, salt lightly, marinate well with lemon juice and sesame oil. Briefly rinse the bean sprouts, heat the sesame oil, sauté the sprouts in it, season with ginger and deglaze with soy sauce. Place the soy vegetables in the center of each salmon slice and carefully twist into rolls.
