For the cream of gray cheese soup, sauté the onion until translucent. Sauté the flour with butter, pour in the soup and cream, crumble in the gray cheese, season and simmer for about 1/4 hour.

Cut bread into cubes and toast. Blend the soup and simmer again lightly.
