Cut turkey meat into long narrow strips. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 2 minutes. Add a little water to the meat, let the bouillon cube melt in it, then mix in the crème fraîche and the sour cream, add the zucchini, season and then lightly simmer the whole thing for about 15 min.
