For the turkey cutlets, add water to cook the rice.

In a saucepan, melt the margarine. Then add the finely chopped carrot pieces or slices to the pot.

Let it steam with the lid closed, stirring every now and then. Let the carrots cook until they are still a little crunchy, but not too hard.

When the water is boiling, add the rice to the pot. Sauté the shredded meat and sliced or chopped onions in the hot oil.

Cut the peppers into small pieces and add them to the cut meat in the pan. Turn every few minutes.

When the meat is almost cooked, add the cream and spices and stir well.

Simmer the turkey cutlets with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
