Peel and dice carrots and celery and cook in salted water until al dente. Cook peas as well.
Peel and core apples, peel potatoes as well.
Dice apples, potatoes and pickles.
Prepare a marinade from mustard, pepper, Worcester sauce, vinegar and salt.
Mix all ingredients together well and let marinade for a short time. Bind with mayonnaise and serve chilled.
