For the spinach casserole, saute the onion in the butter until soft. Add the garlic through the press. Add the turkey breast and parsley.

Prepare the spinach, add to the pot, saute for 8 minutes and season well. Mix in the almond slivers and the turkey breast and pour everything into a greased mold.

Melt the butter, sweat the flour in it and stir in the milk with a whisk. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Crumble in the cheese, add pepper and pour over the spinach.

Put the casserole in the preheated oven and bake at 200 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
