For the Grilled Pineapple with Crème fraîche, peel and slice the pineapple.
Place the pineapple slices on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes on each side. On the already grilled side, brush the pineapple with honey.
Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice and the remaining honey and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ginger.
Arrange the pineapple slices on a platter and pour the crème fraîche over them.
Sprinkle the grilled pineapple with crème fraîche with the chopped hazelnuts.
