For the beer cold bowl raisins grate the bread or cut very finely. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and cut a few slices of lemon, remove the seeds.

Mix the beer with sugar, water, bread and raisins, add lemon and rhubarb juice and leave to infuse in the refrigerator.

Decorate the beer cold bowl with the lemon slices and serve cold.
