Roast sausages until golden, cool and cut into slices. Rinse sauerkraut well and chop heartily. Dice the peeled potatoes and cut the spring onions. Mix everything together well in a baking bowl, season with pepper, iodized salt and caraway seeds and fill into a gratin dish.
Mix eggs with milk, whipped cream and parsley, season with pepper and iodized salt and pour over the casserole form. Add grated cheese (from leftovers) on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the heated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
