Sweet Potato Puree with Corn

For the sweet potato puree with corn, peel the sweet potatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water. Bring water to a boil again and then simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

Drain sweet potatoes and mash with a little milk. Season with salt and paprika and stir in the corn. Serve the sweet potato puree with corn while still warm.
