For the crispy chicken, preheat the oven to 210°C. Mix the KUNER mayonnaise with the cheese in a bowl.
Lay out the chicken on a baking tray. Cover evenly with the mayonnaise mixture and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with broccoli and rice with breadcrumbs, seasoned with dried Mediterranean herbs.
