Preheat kitchen stove to 175 °C. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat butter and sugar in a large baking bowl until creamy. gradually add eggs and vanilla extract. Fold in flour mixture, then raisins, rolled oats and perhaps nuts. Using a tablespoon, place mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for approx. 12-15 min., the cokkies should then be lightly golden brown.
