For the sweet pasta casserole, cook the ribbon noodles in salted water until al dente, strain and let cool well.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C and butter a baking dish. Whisk the whipped cream with yogurt and eggs.
Add vanilla sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon and granulated sugar and mix well. Spread the ribbon noodles in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
Bake the sweet pasta casserole for about 30 minutes.
