For the bacon-wrapped chicken fillet, wash the chicken fillets and pat dry. Spread the pesto and then cover with Parmesan cheese.

Wrap each fillet with two slices of bacon and place them side by side in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Serve with rice and vegetables, or potatoes and salad.
