Wash and peel the fruit as needed. Cut into bite-sized pieces, place in a large bowl.

Sprinkle with a little lemon juice and stir well once. Roughly chop a handful of mixed nuts and add.

Add chia and flax seeds, as well as 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Pour the yogurt over it and mix everything well.

The fruit salad with yogurt is best enjoyed fresh.
