Try this delicious pasta dish:

Sauté the mince with the grated onion in the light butter. Deglaze with the red wine and fold in the paradeis pulp. Season with thyme, salt, paprika and bell pepper. Cook the ribbon noodles in boiling salted water. After draining, mix with the meat and fill into a greased ovenproof dish. Add the sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle with margarine flakes. Bake in a well heated oven at medium heat for about 15 min. Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
