For the apricot juice, scald the apricots with hot water, peel and pit them. Boil apricots in 2 liters of water and puree. Add lemon juice, cover pot and let stand for 12 hours (overnight).

Stir sugar into the cold juice and heat slowly. Prepare sterile bottles for about 6 liters. Boil the lids. Pour boiling juice into the bottles and close them immediately.

Dilute this juice to taste (about 7 parts water one part juice). The opened bottles are stored in the refrigerator.

Unopened, if stored in a cool cellar, it will keep for at least 6 months.
