For Oriental stuffed tomatoes, wash the tomatoes, cut off a thin lid on the top and hollow out the tomatoes.

Roughly chop the inside of the tomatoes and put them in baking dish with the long grain rice.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Add to the long grain rice with the almonds, hazelnuts, raisins and cumin and mix thoroughly.

Season the rice mixture with pepper and salt and stuff it into the tomatoes.

Place the stuffed tomatoes one after the other in a pot. Mix olive oil with paradeis pulp, season with salt and spread around the paradeis. Pour enough water to half cover the tomatoes.

Sauté the Oriental Stuffed Peppers with the lid closed and at a low temperature for about 35 minutes.
