Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Halve the radishes and cut into fine slices. Core the peppers, quarter them and cut them into fine strips.
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them with an egg slicer.
Mix all ingredients for the dressing together well.
Arrange the lettuce, peppers, radishes and eggs nicely on plates, pour the dressing over them, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
