Press or grind the potatoes, add oil, salt and nutmeg. Mix flour with yeast and 1 cup of warm milk to rise. Knead everything well to a smooth dough, shape and roll out on a greased baking tray.

Mix sweet whipped cream with sour cream or crème fraiche and oil and spread on the dough. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top, then mix sugar and cinnamon and spread on top. Bake at 200 °C until the cookies are golden brown.

Of course, such cookies taste best hot from the baking sheet. And those who still have their own yard oven, which you fire with wood, swear that the taste is incomparable.
