If you want to prepare this dish in the office, prepare at home: For the smoked salmon brioche, whisk butter with salt, pepper as well as mustard until fluffy. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, Tabasco sauce and chopped dill. Pour the herb butter into a small fresh-keeping tin and store in a cool place. Preparation:Toast the brioche slices until tender on both sides. Stir the prepared herb butter again briefly and spread on the brioche slices. Now place smoked salmon on top. Garnish with frisée lettuce, lemon slices and dill. Cut tomatoes in half and place on top as desired, or scoop out with a spoon and fill with caviar. Place stuffed cherry tomatoes on top as garnish.
